The con\u00adven\u00adtion affects approx. 650 mil\u00adlion peo\u00adple and no oth\u00ader res\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion was rat\u00adi\u00adfied so quick\u00adly (based on Wikipedia). It was rat\u00adi\u00adfied by Ivory Coast (2014).
